Dan Henson

Dan Henson currently serves as the Non-Executive Chairman of both Alight Solutions and Exeter Finance. Mr. Henson also serves as Lead Director of OnDeck Capital.

Prior to his current roles, Mr. Henson worked at General Electric, where he held a wide variety of positions in his 30-year tenure, including management of GE Capital's Lending and Leasing businesses in Mexico, Europe, and North America, as well as responsibility for Capital Markets globally and GE Capital Bank. He also served as the Six Sigma Leader for GE Capital and the Vice President of Marketing for GE Corporate.

Mr. Henson received a BBA from George Washington University.

Brian E. Argrett

Brian E. Argrett is currently Vice Chair of the Board Directors, and President and CEO, of Broadway Financial Corporation (NASDAQ:BYFC) and its banking subsidiary City First Bank, National Association, or collectively CityFirstBroadway, the largest Black-led minority depository institution (MDI) in the nation. Mr. Argrett also serves as Chairman of CityFirst Enterprises and City First Foundation, part of One City First, a family of complimentary companies filling the gaps in the community development finance ecosystem. He was recently appointed to serve on the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency's Minority Depository Institutions Advisory Committee, and he is a past director and Vice Chair on the Board of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta.

Mr. Argrett also serves as a member of the Steering Committee of the Expanding Black Business Credit Initiative ("EBBC");is a member of the Global Alliance for Banking on Values ("GABV");served as a past Chairman of and continues to serve on the Board of the Community Development Bankers Association ("CDBA"); and was a past presidential appointee, under the Obama administration, to the Community Development Advisory Board.

Mr. Argrett holds a JD/MBA from the University ofCalifornia, Berkeley, and a BS from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.

Erica Bovenzi

Ms. Bovenzi is Cofounder of The Bovenzi Group, a boutique firm providing management and financial regulatory consulting services.

Previously, Ms. Bovenzi served as Chief Administrative Officer of Promontory Financial Group, a global financial services consulting firm. She also enjoyed a 20-year career as Deputy General Counsel of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) and the Resolution Trust Corporation. Ms. Bovenzi served in several other executive positions in the federal government, including Deputy Counsel to the Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services, Vice Chair of the U.S. Attorney General's Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee and, through the FDIC, as Counsel for the International Association of Deposit Insurers.

Ms. Bovenzi holds a JD from St. John's University School of Law and a BS in Psychology from the State University of New York at Buffalo.

Joe Carapiet

Joe Carapiet is the Managing Director of Government Relations for Blackstone. He helps navigate regulatory and legislative matters for the firm and its portfolio companies.

Before joining Blackstone, Mr. Carapiet was special advisor to the Federal Reserve's Vice Chairman for Supervision. He previously served as chief counsel for the U.S. Senate Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs. He was a senior counsel for the U.S. House Committee on Financial Services and an attorney at the Federal Reserve. He previously practiced corporate law at Cravath, Swaine & Moore and Sullivan & Cromwell and was a law clerk on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.

Mr. Carapiet holds a JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a BA from Boston College.

Camden Fine

Camden Fine is President and CEO of Calvert Advisors and recently served as President and CEO of the Independent Community Bankers of America (ICBA).

Before joining ICBA, Mr. Fine chartered and organized Midwest Independent Bank of Jefferson City, Missouri and served as its President and CEO for nearly 20 years. In addition, he owned MainStreet Bank of Ashland, Missouri. Prior to his banking career, Mr. Fine served as the Missouri State Tax Director under former Governor Christopher Bond. Fine served as an officer in the United States Army both on active duty and in the Missouri Army National Guard.

Mr. Fine did his undergraduate work at Virginia Military Institute and the University of Missouri-Columbia where he double-majored in History and English. Fine also did post graduate work in public administration at the University of Missouri and graduated "With Distinction" from the Stonier Graduate School of Banking at the University of Delaware.

Mark P. Jacobsen

Mark P. Jacobsen is Cofounder and CEO of IntraFi. Prior to founding IntraFi, Mr. Jacobsen served as the Chief of Staff at both the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency. He also served as a managing director for Bankers Trust/Deutsche Bank and as an associate at Covington & Burling. Mr. Jacobsen received his JD from Harvard University Law School and his BS in Physics from Wheaton College of Illinois.

Michael Martin

Michael Martin is a Managing Director, Head of Financial Services, and a member of the Executive Management group for Warburg Pincus. Prior to joining Warburg in 2009, Mr. Martin was President of Brooklyn NY Holdings, a private investment company.

Previously, he was a Vice Chairman and Managing Director of UBS Investment Bank, where he also served as a member of the UBS Investment Bank Board and its Global Executive Committee. He has also held senior positions at Credit Suisse First Boston and practiced corporate law at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz. Mr. Martin was a clerk for the Honorable Stephen Reinhardt of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.He is a Director of Edelman Financial Engines, Foundation Risk Partners, Kestra Financial, LendingPoint, Mariner Finance, Petplan, and Solar Mosaic.

Mr. Martin holds a BA in Economics from Claremont Men's College and a JD from Columbia University School of Law.

Eli Nagler

Eli Nagler is a Senior Managing Director in Blackstone's Private Equity Group, where he focuses on investments across the technology, media & telecom, and financial services industries. Since initially joining Blackstone in 2007, Mr. Nagler has been involved in the execution of the firm's investments in Alight Solutions, BankUnited, Bayview Asset Management, Exeter Finance, Lendmark Financial Services, MB Aerospace, Paysafe, Refinitiv, VivaCapital, Vivint, and Vivint Solar. Mr. Nagler currently serves as a Director of Paysafe and Refinitiv. He is also a Team Member of the Council on Foreign Relations.

Before rejoining Blackstone after the completion of an MBA, Mr. Nagler worked at the United States Treasury Department in the Office of Capital Markets.

He received an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he graduated as a John L. Loeb Fellow, and an AB from Harvard College.

David Nason

David Nason is Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer for TIAA. He oversees a portfolio of businesses that complement the company's core retirement offering and is responsible for driving operational excellence across the enterprise.

Mr. Nason has more than 20 years of experience in financial services and regulatory matters. Before joining TIAA, he served for five years as President and CEO of GE Energy Financial Services, GE's worldwide energy investing business with an asset base of $15 billion.

Mr. Nason holds a BS in Business Administration with a finance concentration from American University and a JD from American University Washington College of Law.

Tobias Reitz

Tobias Reitz is a Vice President at Warburg Pincus, where he focuses on investments in the financial services sector. Mr. Reitz joined Warburg in 2014 and is based in New York. Mr. Reitz has been involved in the firm's investments in Edelman Financial Engines, Solar Mosaic, DBRS, and The Mutual Fund Store. Before joining Warburg, Mr. Reitz worked at Goldman Sachs in the Investment Banking division.

Mr. Reitz received an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he was named an Arjay Miller Scholar, and a BA in Economics and Mathematics from Northwestern University.

Todd Schell

Todd Schell is a Principal at Warburg Pincus and is based in New York. He joined Warburg in 2011 and focuses on financial services investments. Prior to joining Warburg, Mr. Schell covered financial institutions in the Investment Banking division at Barclays Capital.

Mr. Schell received an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Amherst College.

Kelly Wannop

Kelly Wannop is a Principal in Blackstone's Private Equity Group. Ms. Wannop worked at Blackstone from 2009 to 2013 and, following the completion of an MBA, rejoined Blackstone in 2015. Before joining the Private Equity group in 2011, Ms. Wannop worked in Blackstone's Restructuring &Reorganization Advisory practice.

Ms. Wannop received an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where she was named a Siebel Scholar and an Arjay Miller Scholar ,and an AB in Economics from Harvard College.

Edward Yingling

Ed Yingling is the founder of Edward Yingling Government Affairs. He has worked for more than 40 years advising banks and trade associations on regulatory and legislative issues.

Mr. Yingling previously worked at the American Bankers Association for 26 years, where he was president and CEO. Prior to leading the ABA, Mr. Yingling was in charge of the group's legislative, regulatory, legal and policy development activities for two decades. He also served as executive vice president of the International Monetary Conference (IMC), an annual conference of the CEOs of the largest banks around the world.

After leaving the ABA in 2010, Mr. Yingling became a partner at Covington & Burling, an international law firm with its principal office in Washington D.C., where he continued to advise financial institutions. He retired from Covington in 2018 to form his own advisory firm.

Mr. Yingling received his law degree from Stanford University and his AB in Politics from Princeton University.
