Ken Auspaker is Senior Vice President, Corporate Development and Sales Operations. He was previously Managing Director in Evercore's M&A and corporate advisory group. At Evercore, he was a member of the fintech team, and executed transactions across a variety industry sub-sectors. Prior to Evercore, Ken was an analyst in M&A at Putnam Lovell.
Mr. Auspaker earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS from Cornell University.
H.D. Barkett is Senior Managing Director, Treasury Desk at IntraFi. Mr. Barkett has been involved in banking and financial services for more than 30 years, working with financial institutions on issues involving asset/liability management, liquidity management, risk assessment and management, and portfolio hedging. Formerly, he served five years as Vice President of Sales and Marketing and Director of New Initiatives with the Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines. Prior to that, Mr. Barkett was Vice President of Institutional Fixed Income sales with both Shay Financial Services and Paine Webber. For 12 years, Mr. Barkett held various management positions at Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas in its Investments Group, Financial Strategies Group, and Sales and Marketing Department. Mr. Barkett joined IntraFi in 2002.
Bill Bergin is General Counsel at IntraFi. He previously served as Vice President, Senior Deputy General Counsel and Board Secretary for the company. Formerly, he practiced corporate and securities law at Davis, Polk & Wardwell and White & Case in New York. Prior to that, he was a Vice President in the investment banking division of Morgan Stanley.
Mr. Bergin earned his BA from Yale University and his JD from Georgetown University Law Center. Mr. Bergin joined IntraFi in 2010.
Rob Blackwell is Chief Content Officer and Head of External Affairs for IntraFi. He previously served as the Editor-in-Chief of American Banker and has covered financial services as a journalist for nearly two decades. He first worked as a reporter covering the FDIC, the Fed and GSEs. In 2005, Rob became Washington Bureau Chief and subsequently helped guide its policy coverage during the financial crisis and its aftermath. He was promoted to Editor-in-Chief of American Banker in September 2017.
During his tenure, American Banker won more than a dozen major journalism awards, including its first Grand Neal Award for a podcast focused on the public policy implications of vacant housing. In 2017, Mr. Blackwell was awarded the Timothy White Award, which recognizes journalists who display "extraordinary courage, integrity, and passion."
Mr. Blackwell has appeared on NPR, BBC, CNBC, Fox Business and C-SPAN as an expert on financial regulatory policy. He received his BA from The College of William & Mary, and also studied at the University of St. Andrews, Scotland.
David Cox is the Chief Financial Officer at Intrafi. He previously was Senior Vice President, Financial Planning at IntraFi and a Managing Director in Evercore’s corporate advisory group. He provided strategic direction and oversight over numerous M&A projects. Prior to Evercore, Mr. Cox worked at J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. in its global mergers and acquisitions group
Mr. Cox earned a BS in Economics at The Wharton School.
Diane Ellis is Senior Managing Director at IntraFi. Previously, she was the Director of the Division of Insurance and Research at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC). She led the FDIC's efforts to maintain the adequacy of the Deposit Insurance Fund and an effective and fair risk-based premium system, assess economic and financial sector risks to the banking industry, conduct policy-oriented research and analysis for rulemakings, and collect and publish bank financial information and statistics, including the Quarterly Banking Profile.
She has extensive executive-level experience in deposit insurance pricing and fund management and was elected twice to serve as an Executive Council member for the International Association of Deposit Insurers. Earlier, she was a senior financial analyst and bank examiner with the FDIC.
Ms. Ellis received her BBA from Texas Christian University, Master of Public Policy from George Mason University, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
Susan Gayle is the Chief Administrative Officer at IntraFi. Formerly, she was the Vice President of Human Resources for an aviation B2B business, Cordiem, LLC. Prior to that, she was the Director of Human Resources for the law firm, Howrey, LLP. Earlier, Dr. Gayle worked as an organizational and leadership consultant at Towers Perrin, Director of IS Strategy at Bell Atlantic (now Verizon), and Vice President of Corporate Resources at CASDE Corporation.
Dr. Gayle earned her degrees from George Washington University. Dr. Gayle joined IntraFi in 2003.
Senior Vice President, Business Operations at IntraFi. Mr. Gibbons previously served as Senior Managing Director, Product Management & Business Transformation at Charles Schwab. Prior to that, he consulted for Curinos (formerly Novantas, Inc.) and North Highland. In addition, he held positions at Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC).Mr. Gibbons received his Bachelor of Administrative and Commercial Studies degree, with a specialization in Finance from Western University
(University of Western Ontario) and his Master of Business Administration degree in Strategy, Energy & Finance (with honors) from HECParis.
Joe Hooker is Senior Managing Director, National Accounts at IntraFi. Mr. Hooker has been involved in banking and financial services for over 15 years, working with financial institutions on issues involving asset/liability management and liquidity management. In his prior role as Managing Director, Sales, he developed and managed relationships with some larger financial institutions, in addition to managing territories and sales personnel spanning the east and west coasts. During his time at the company, he also managed the CDARS wholesale funding auction and worked extensively on product strategy. Earlier in his career, Mr. Hooker worked at Rydex Investments.
Mr. Hooker earned his degree in Economics from the College of William and Mary. Mr. Hooker joined IntraFi in 2005.
Randy Hopper is Chief Information Officer at IntraFi. Formerly, Mr. Hopper spent 13 years at Navy Federal Credit Union leading business operations responsible for mortgage origination, credit cards, private student loans, lending analytics, and various other disciplines. His experience includes several IT infrastructure transformations designed to enable growth and efficiency. Prior to Navy Federal, Mr. Hopper worked at Wachovia Securities as an analyst in the brokerage compliance division.
He earned his MBA from Georgetown University and his BA in Economics from Virginia Tech. Mr. Hopper joined IntraFi in 2020.
Robert Hyland is Senior Vice President at IntraFi. Formerly, he was the Chief Technology Officer at Cordiem, LLC. Prior to that Mr. Hyland was the Vice President of Technology at NetGrocer, and he was Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at Toys R Us. Earlier in his career, Mr. Hyland held positions as Corporate Controller and Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. Hyland earned his JD from Brooklyn Law School and holds two bachelor of arts degrees from the State University of New York, University of Buffalo. Mr. Hyland joined IntraFi in 2004.
Mark P. Jacobsen is Cofounder and CEO of IntraFi. Prior to cofounding IntraFi, Mr. Jacobsen served as the Chief of Staff at both the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency. He also served as a managing director for Bankers Trust/Deutsche Bank and as an associate at Covington & Burling. Mr. Jacobsen received his JD from Harvard University Law School and his BS in Physics from Wheaton College of Illinois.
Steve Kinner is the Senior Managing Director at IntraFi who is responsible for directing sales. He has more than 27 years of banking industry experience. Formerly, Mr. Kinner was Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines. Prior to that, Mr. Kinner was the President, Financial Services Division at Oswald Financial, LLC. Earlier in his career, he was Managing Director / Senior Vice President, Asset Management at KeyCorp.
Mr. Kinner earned an MBA from Baldwin Wallace College and a BS from the University of Wyoming. Mr. Kinner joined IntraFi in 2002.
Josh Miller is Senior Managing Director at IntraFi. Previously, he was Director of Investments at the Georgetown University Endowment where he led investment efforts in absolute return, structured credit, direct lending and fixed income strategies. Prior to Georgetown, Mr. Miller was a partner, portfolio manager and co-head of the credit business at Taconic Capital Advisors, a New York-based hedge fund. He started his career at J.P. Morgan as a trader on the risk arbitrage desk. Mr. Miller currently serves on the investment committees of the endowments of Haverford College, Bryn Mawr College, and Sidwell Friends School.
Mr. Miller received his BA from Haverford College and MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Beth Pile is the Chief Risk Officer at IntraFi. Formerly, she was the Deputy to the Chief of Staff at the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency. Earlier, she was a field manager and a bank examiner with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency.
Ms. Pile received her BA from Drury University. Ms. Pile joined IntraFi in 2002.
Elizabeth Vale is Senior Managing Director at IntraFi. Formerly, she was Senior Adviser at Promontory Financial Group. Prior to that, Ms. Vale was the senior adviser and business liaison for the successful 'Elizabeth Warren for Senate 2012' campaign. Additionally, she was part of the implementation team at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau before it opened its doors in July 2011, serving as liaison to community banks, credit unions, and small businesses and as the Bureau's first Director of External Affairs. Earlier, Ms. Vale worked in the White House from 2009 to 2010, serving as Executive Director of the White House Business Council and business liaison to the White House Office of Public Engagement. Prior to her career in the government, Ms. Vale held positions at Morgan Stanley, serving as Managing Director from 2005 to 2009 and Executive Director from 1992 to 2005.
Ms. Vale, CFA, studied at the London School of Economics, isa Senior Fellow at the Wharton School, and earned a BA from Harvard University.
